Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. My methods adapt to each student, their age and their level. The books I use go from the Suzuki books to the traditional Fouillard, Popper or Sebastian Lee methods. The repertoire would also depend on the student needs and the type of music he/she wants to learn. The age of the student is not relevant to me. I graduated with honors from the Appomattox Regional Governor's School for Arts and Technology in Petersburg, VA in 2005, and have a BFA in cello performance and music theory from Loyola University New Orleans.
