I was a cello teacher for a long time in many programs in South America, so I taught different kind of ages and different levels. I want to encourage my students to enter competitions and recitals, as well on composing their own material, so they can feel good about their accomplishments and stay motivated to learn. I have been teaching privately for 11 years, and in public school for the last 7. I have played the violin for 20 years, and viola/cello/bass for the past 10. I have also played piano and sung for the last 12 years, and have performed in both solo and group settings on every instrument mentioned.
