I volunteered to an additional guidance position as a "Band Coach" in 2016 to a group of young teen students. As skills in rudiments and basic patterns develop, I go on to materials such as Syncopation by Ted Reed (reading,coordination,technique), and Stick Control by George Lawrence Stone (technique).
