I am a passionate Christian and motivated drum instructor who loves working with students and sharing my love of music. Since 2007 I've been apart of The Salvation Army Indiana Divisional Band. Since 2011 I have the pleasure of working as a freelance drummer. I also had the joy of working as a drum teacher at Cornerstone Center for the Arts (Muncie, IN). I have a few different methods depending on a students interests.  A majority of my current students study concert and/or marching percussion with me. With either of these styles, I like to start by developing their sense of timing, reading, and technique. For this, I use a combination of the Mitchell Peters books in addition to packets that I've developed over the past 10 years.
