Every student learns differently, so by finding out what inspires my student, I am able to create individiualized lesson plans that cater to my student's needs without losing focus on the fundamentals of music. Music is such a blessing and should be fun! Ample time is given to students to discover their own music and inherent rhythms while studying the vast pedigree of music that has come before us. My lesson plans incorporate everything from reading writing music, jam sessions (often times with me!), and recording time. Read More

I love teaching and seeing development in students. I have been coaching basketball in Delaware county for almost 6 years now. Bringing the best out of students is the job of any coach or instructor. One of the greater experiences of my life as a musician was having the opportunity of playing with The Salvation Army USA/International Band in 2013 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena California. My more advanced students work with me on their Solo and Ensemble repertoire in addition to preparing for college, honor band, and drum corps auditions. Read More
