I have built my own personal curriculum based on fundamental elements, and which slowly progresses to the more difficult concepts and skills. The curriculum is also multi-dimensional; it is tailored to the interests and needs of the particular student, whether a beginner or advanced. Many different genres and styles of play are included, from classical to more modern styles. I taught drumset at the Drummer's Collective in New York City for over five years. While in New York, I also worked in several music recording studios and played in many Jazz Blues clubs. I taught marching percussion at The University of Maryland, Appalachain State University, Georgia Tech and The United States Naval Academy (Drum Bugle Corps).
