My method of teaching involves researching a wide range of resources in order to find what is best for the student at the current stage in his or her development. Using my own knowledge, I am able to effectively adapt and improve these resources so as to be accessible to the student. For bass students, I might use Hal Leonard's Bass Method, book one. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing one of my students develop proper, advanced drumming technique, appreciating the complex mathematical pattern filled art form that is drumming. Advanced Technical Drumming is my strongest passion, and I love passing my skills to others. My favorite way of teaching is a dual-player setup, on a simple practice pad.
