I recently graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Flute Performance from the University of Florida in Spring 2018. GO GATORS!!! I also have a minor in Disabilities in Society and took pre-nursing courses. I have decided to pursue a Music Therapy certification and Masters Degree in Music Therapy at Florida State University starting in Fall 2018. Then we work on pieces of music and incorporating theory, and playing musically. It is important as a teacher to set realistic goals for my students, acknowledge their accomplishments and to find out what inspires them.
