Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Our music teachers understand that every student has different needs and abilities and therefore the lessons will be planned with that knowledge in mind.
lessons are available in the following areas:
Instruments: Trumpet, Trombone, Saxophone, Flute, Clarinet, Euphonium, Tuba
For a young child to love music, a teacher must introduce it to him or her in a passionate way, without forcing it one the child. The struggling student is just as capable of loving music, just as much as the accomplished one. As I mentioned earlier, all students learn at different paces, so I teach each student as close as humanly possible to their level. It is not important for a child to play like a professional musician, but to play like the student has put his or her heart into learning the music. Read More
Instruments: Saxophone, Flute, Clarinet, Keyboard
My teaching style is to get students motivated with fun components of lesson materials. Sometimes, I recommend material to watch and listen for getting ideas how to master instruments because it's important to know great examples of pro-instrumentalists as much as possible. Playing instruments have to be fun whichever materials they are working on, but there is on and off physically and mentally. I teach you how to get better continuing to have fun practicing and get improved on songs they want to be able to perform. Read More

I am a diligent and hard-working musician and educator looking to use my skills to serve others. Growing up in North Idaho, I received much recognition as an outstanding musician in my high school. I went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in Jazz Saxophone Performance from Whitworth University, where I received awards recognizing my abilities as a performer, composer, student, and overall musician. I also received a Master in Music from University of Miami. Read More

I have been teaching students of all ages since 2010. I have been teaching both in my home studio and at the students home, I have also taught in Public Schools and in Music stores. My goal as a teacher is to get students excited about music and have them looking forward to our lessons together and inspire them to learn more and practice. The Trumpet is my main instrument but as a certified Music Educator I'm comfortable and highly qualified to teach many different instruments such as all of the Brass Instruments ( Trumpet, Trombone, Baritone, Tuba, French horn, Euphonium, Flugelhorn etc) and all of the Reed instruments (Clarinet, Saxophone and Flute) as well as Piano and Voice. I like to get to know my students before real in depth work can begin. Why are you interested in music? Why flute specifically? What other activites interest you? etc. I ask these questions so that analogies can be made to show how most things apply to all interests. Practice techniques in sports are similar to those in music for example. Knowing a student's personality outside of music also helps when setting goals, such as what to work on specifically in each lesson, what they are working towards in their own practice, and what future plans they have for music.
