Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. While at college and a few years after graduating I taught private music lessons maintaining a weekly student load of 10 -15. For beginner students who are children, I typically teach from the Hal Leonard's Guitar Method Books. This is to get a basis of music such as rhythm, notation & the fundamentals of guitar. These elements would also apply to learning other fretted-instruments. I spend half the lesson time working on book material, form, and technique, & the remaining half on material the student is interested in.
