Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Our music teachers understand that every student has different needs and abilities and therefore the lessons will be planned with that knowledge in mind.

I take the student through reading the roadmap of music: first and second endings, codas, repeat signs, key signatures, Clef signs, DSal coda. dynamics. I introduce the three parts of music: melody, harmony, rhythm. Since ive already discussed melody and counting rhythm I move unto harmony. I go back to the major scale and explain intervals and build chords on the notes of the scale in thirds. I will alter chords with them and construct some interesting chord progressions. Read More

I have primarily been a church musician for the past 15 years, but have also played in drum and bugle corps, orchestra and concert style bands. My main instrument is the trumpet, having played for 35 years. I give lessons on all brass instruments, although trumpet is my primary. I can teach any style. I have played guitar for about 25 years and my primary focus is classical or accoustic.
