I'm a passionate instructor who loves teaching. I've been a musician since I was 6. I started playing piano, then moved on to percussion. By age 12, I played piano, drums and guitar fluently. I continued my education up to my masters from Texas A&M University in 2012. Upon graduating, I started teaching in the brazos county area. I moved closer to Houston to expand my career. I encourage this by setting realistic goals for my students at each lesson. Acknowledging accomplishments helps fuel students' desire to progress, and makes students eager to learn more. I like to pull ideas from different schools of thought. I would much rather paint a canvas with many colors than just a few. Some schools you may be familiar with are Suzuki, Czerny, Galamian, Flesch, Hanon, Mayron Cole, and many others. I tailor my lessons to fit the current needs of every student.
