He is a member of the Twin Cities Jazz Composer’s Workshop, and is currently serving a term on the Board of Directors of the MetroNOME Foundation. He books and arranges youth jazz performances for MetroNOME' Brewery’s Next Generation Jazz Series. His group, the Blue Ox Jazz Trio, is consistently upholding a busy performance schedule, performing at restaurants, clubs, weddings, private events, and countless retirement homes every year.
