Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. For beginner students who are children I like to start by teaching them the songs that they like, because that keeps them focused on learning and engaged in the beginning. Then I go on to teach them the industry standards and classics that every guitar player needs to know to be effective. For beginning students, such as children I focus on developing strong fundamentals such as air control, mouthpiece blowing, and hand-eye coordination with their instrument. This slowly moves into rhythm and pitch reading for beginners. Intermediate to advanced students build on these fundamentals and also have the privilege of learning repertoire with performance possibilities. I'm a professional musician based out of Nashville, TN. I've played piano since I was around 4 (26 years), Guitar and Violin since I was 6 (24 years), and Mandolin since I was 16 (14 Years).
