Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. For my youngest students I start with a method book as I think the structure and step by step progress are very helpful. For teens and adults book recommendations are based on each students needs. I let the students guide me with the kinds of music they will really enjoy playing, but I will use the music they like to teach theory, song writing, and other aspects of music. Before earning my bachelor's degree in K-12 Music Education in 2020, I held a longtime position as a tenor vocalist and choral leader with First Christian Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and post-degree as a K-12 music teacher in dual-language immersion public schools and technology-focused charter schools in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Daniel is a Korean-American conductor and violinist from San Francisco, California. He began his journey as a conductor at the age of 16, when he was selected as Assistant Conductor of the Napa Valley Youth Symphony, in which he also served as concertmaster. Daniel continued his music education with a Bachelors Degree in Violin Performance at New England Conservatory and upon its completion in 2016, he began his Masters Degree in Conducting at the same institution in 2017.
