For beginning students who are children, I typically start with Faber Piano Adventures. Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce solo repertoire. For adults, I start with the Faber Adult Series as well as find out what the student is interested in, and guide my instruction accordingly to keep the lessons engaging and fun, no matter their ability level. I believe communication is of the upmost importance. I communicate with parents to let them know how the student is doing, what we are working on, and what to do next.
