Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Our music teachers understand that every student has different needs and abilities and therefore the lessons will be planned with that knowledge in mind.

For piano I prefer Faber Piano Adventures and have different books I would recommend starting with depending on the students age and experience. For guitar and ukulele I prefer using the Hal Leonard method books. I often supplement these method books with outside sources and pieces as is appropriate for the student. For singing students, I have a wide variety of books and resources depending on the musical style. I come from a classical voice background, so when students are middle school age and older (sometimes earlier) we begin learning Italian Art songs in addition to musical theater pieces and English folk songs. I like to use a seldom known method book which I recently found online, it has been the best method I ever used. I have used it in group lessons as I was working in FIU music preparatory program, the students learned to read both clefts really well and quick, understanding rhythm and sight reading occurred with no hassle! I was born in Albania and began my music education at age six in a professional music school. I studied piano for eight years as my primary instrument and continued four years as a secondary as the flute became my primary and favorite instrument.I graduated with honors from the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana, and was granted the American equivalent to my degree, a Bachelors in Music Education, with a Major in Flute Performance.I have received recognition as a teacher and musician. My teaching experience dates back to my college days, as I began teaching private lessons part time 23 years ago, and have been consistently teaching students in my home studio for the last 20+ years.
