I completed a Masters Degree in Music (Saxophone Performance) with an emphasis in Jazz Studies in 2016 from the Lamont School of Music and have experience working with underprivileged students with varying income backgrounds. I approach teaching students with an individual needs based curriculum and am mindful of their ability and goals. My teaching experience dates back to when I was an undergraduate.  I began giving private lessons to younger college and high school students.  Since then I have consistently taught students privatly either at my studio, at their home, or at a school. I am a woodwind specialist who has made a career out of performing in pit orchestras for Broadway musicals. I have performed at regional theaters in New York and Colorado and toured the United States and Canada.
