I am a professional musician, clinical experienced music therapist, and a certificated early childhood music educator in one. During my career, I found my strong passionate about helping children and adults to reach the highest potential. I have long experience in the field of teaching , and I can share my past experience like a piano classical concertist and a rock composer/pianist with all my students.My Music Culture come from my familiy, my Father was a famous Italian guitarist and composer for Movies soundtrack and my mom was an international singer and actress. All my experience is avaliable to show to my students the real enviroment of the music business, to make they really understand if could be their profession one time in the future.
After my first experiences like a classical piano concertist , i felt the strong desire to share my knowledge with other persons , then i started a path of studies totally dedicated to being a music educator. From the CDM in Rome (Italy) and the Mozarteum in Austria ( most prestigious music teaching specialization schools in Europe) i started to know and appliy the Orff Shulwerk Method and the Music Learning Thepry form professor E. Gordon. These two powerful learning instruments gave me finally the knowledge to lead my students to be a very very good musician in a short time and with a lot of fun. Then my teaching carrer started, More than 20 years ago.
Music Culture come from 3 different sides: Classical ( i was a classical piano concertist for so many years) Rock ( like a pianist a composer i still have several Cd's on the international rock charts) aNd Music Therapy ( European style to use The Sound That Heal). A powerful mix of these 3 things is my personal method of teaching. my students will enjoy the music in a different, easy way , starting from the basics of reading and writing music ( we will learn to compose in a real short time ) to reach the Highest level to play and arrange song of every kind requested. All of this Tayored to the need of each student.
My personal style of teaching come from more than 20 years of experience on it. I will taylor a different plain of study for each student, from absolute beginners to the Advanced level. For early childhood i will use the Orff Shulwerk model of musical education , very funny and easy to learn. We will start to write together our own music after the first lesson! For older students i will reach their highest level in short time too, starting from the basic elements of music to arrive to a concert level. Follow my direction and you will enjoy really the music in your hands!
