Over the past decade I have performed with world-renowned performers and conductors all over the world. I have performed recital, chamber, concerto, and orchestral repertoire. At Indiana University I performed solo recitals, concertos, chamber music, and in orchestra. In addition to earning a minor degree in historical clarinet performance I earned a Performer's certificate for outstanding student recitals. Currently, I am a student at Yale pursuing an MM degree.
I enjoy teaching and spreading the joy and passion of music and helping students to better understand the art of classical music. I have taught students of all ages and experience levels and look forward to learning from my students as much as I teach them!
Depending on the level of the student, I will access what the most valuble method books or resources will be to work out of in order to increase success!
I base my method of teaching based on the individual student's needs and desires for their music. Whether that is an undergraduate student trying to get into a graduate school, a beginner looking to have a solid foundation, or someone who simply enjoys music and would like to get better, I'm sure we will have fun and learn something!
