I learned some chords on Guitar from my hippy uncle. After a few weeks, I started teaching him, and he is 60 years old. Point is, he would listen to songs on the radio like songs from The Beatles and then teach me them. I would hear the chords and realize that he might be playing a similar chord, but not the exact chord. I would play the chord for him and then he would be impressed. Each year after that, I got a new instrument and taught myself how to play it. I got the John Phillip Sousa award for playing trumpet in my high school orchestras. I love playing music in bands and I am always consistently playing music on a daily basis. I would love to be able to teach others how I taught myself music and I hope that other people can be as good as me and make the world more of a musical place.

I usually don't believe in rules. I never really followed the rules as a musician and just played how I felt because of my gift. I make music sound more colorful and bright and I can add any instrument to music and make it sound good. Technically, I would just teach beginners how to play whatever instrument they want to learn. For example, if you want to learn how to play the piano, I will sit down with you the first day and we will go over how to play the piano and you will automatically be playing notes and chords after the first session. Your job will be to get a feel for the piano and to get an understanding of how the piano sounds and you will write down what ever you feel comfortable writing to help you remember what it is that I taught you that day. If, for example, you already know how to play the piano, but you want to be better at it, I will help you and teach you what ever I feel can help you become an even better pianist. If you are looking to play a style of music but you don't know how to incorporate what you may have previously learned into that style of music, I will automatically show you how you can play piano in that style of music. Once you feel you have a better understanding of what that style of music wants you to play on piano, you will practice on your own and get a better feel for it and you will become a master in that genre, and on the piano in general. You will also come up with new creative ideas that you can play on your instrument to spice up the instrument you are playing and the genre you are playing after I teach you. I believe that anyone can learn an instrument and even if you don't know how to read music or play songs, you can still be really good at your instrument and you can come up with new ideas on your instrument. You can also improvise on songs that you hear on the radio without knowing the key of the song just by getting a feel of how the song sounds and you will find the notes on your instrument and start jamming to the songs you hear on the radio. Having a good memory will also help you with that. If you don't know the chord progression for the 1st verse of a song, usually, the 2nd verse has the same progression. So, if you almost figured out the first verse, but it was too late to play along, you can use what you remember to play along to the second verse if you can figure it out.
