I am a passionate musician, who loves to play music. I mainly play guitars, bass, a little bit of drums and piano. I used to play on bar and outside gigs in the Philippines. Electronics Engineer, Electronics Technician and a Photographer too. I join battle of the bands e in a while, and then I tried to judge a lot of music contest and battle of the bands. Music is my life. I worked on my own home recording studio in Philippines just at the back of my house and clients go there by schedule. I really enjoy teaching.
My teaching experience just began naturally I didn’t took any lessons at all or any formal. Self taught and youtube ofcourse. But it’s more on experience, trial and error and mistakes. And a lot of inspiration from a lot of artists locally and national. I am not the teacher who teaches super technical but more on inspirational and reality about playing. I love to teach all that I can help to a student. I am tutoring right now for the first time with my family and friends and they are enjoying it and they are grateful of me to have.
My methods are I teach what I can, and everything I can help with a student. I like answering questions as much as music is concern and I love exploring. I teach at a very slowly manner, without any pressure, what the child or student can do. I assess the potential and capacity first and then we’ll start from there until we level up when he/she gets what I’m talking about, I give time to the student so he/she wont be pressured and get frustrated. I always cheer up coz I know I was once a beginner too. And I know what it felt like.
By trying to find out what inspires the student, I can successfully tailor my instruction to their wants and needs. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing one of my students develop a passion for music! Therefore, it’s important that each student progresses at his or her own pace. I encourage by setting realistic goals for my students at each lesson. Acknowledging accomplishments helps fuel a students desire to progress, and makes students eager to learn more. I inspire, motivate and contribute what I can to make the student satisfied in terms of music.
