My name is Corban. I am from Nashville, TN, and I am a professional musician. I have been playing music for 15 years. In that time I have toured with many artists and bands in many different cities and countries. I am also a producer and published songwriter. I would like to invest the knowledge of music I have gained in you. I teach many different styles including rock, pop, blues, jazz, funk, and country. I can help increase your theory knowledge as well as your over all technique.
I have been a private music instructor since I was 17 years old. I have taught students from ages 4 to 50 and up. I am able to teach many different genres because I have performed, written, and produced them. All that I have learned has been hard won, and applied in real world settings. Not just a classroom. I have used everything that I will teach you In my career.
Teaching music is one of my passions. I love giving back in order to help shape and mold the next generation of talented musicians.

My teaching style consists of patience and perseverance. I know how difficult learning music can be. So I will be with you every step of the way to help you overcome the many challenges and hurdles. I teach on the clock and off the clock. I am always 100% available to my students for whatever they need. I encourage them to practice, be inquisitive, and to push themselves so that they can achieve whatever musical goal that they might have. I want my students to feel like they can accomplish anything they set their mind to.
