With over 10 years of piano theory and music knowledge, I also have insights to Audio Engineer/producing. I am self-taught so again, My teaching style is unorthodox but the content and objective theoretical content does not lack, in fact, that is going to be the most challenging obstacle you'll have to overcome if you are disciplined enough to handle the subject matter. Although I don't think you need College to become a great musician it does help. I have an Associate Degree in Science as A Music Audio Major. I mentor Youths in Electronic Composition at the YouMedia Center in Hartford CT.

Laying the foundation in order to learn the keyboard we will have to go to a step by step process covering the fundamentals. Key Signatures Major/ Minor Solfege Roman Numeral/Numbering System Scale Formula Major/Minor Song Formatting/Arrangements The purpose and plan of teaching how to play the keyboard is to give basic comprehension of D.A.W and arrangements of composing music electronically and acoustically. Lessons plan is based on building blocks each workshop building on what previously student learned. Student will understand basic music theory, arrangements, chords , scales, and music styling. This lesson plan will give the student the opportunity to do hands-on work.
