Overview:
I have over 20 years of playing experience along with my Master's degree in Cello performance from the Ufa States Academy of Arts in Russia. I played as a member of the National Symphony Orchestra as well as in various ensembles and as a soloist.
EXPERIENCE
My first teaching experience comes from the high school years. My teacher asked me to cover him for a couple weeks with beginner students (6-9 years old kids). Then when I graduated from high school and started my Bachelors, I began to work as a part-time teacher. After that, while earning my Master's, I began a teaching assistantship.
METHODS USED
For beginning students I always make lessons into a game and interest them with funny stories and songs. Once a student has progressed and is genuinly interested in playing cello, I start to study with a more serious repertoir as a easy classical pieces and some popular kid's songs. When student will be ready I will prepare him/her for first recital in family circle or at the school presentation. For advanced students I can help to improve their playing technique with scales and etudes and also I can help in the development of concertos, sonatas and other works as a tutor. If you are not currently a student of music school we can start our own study program.
LESSON STYLE
It is very important to see in each student personality. With their strengths and weaknesses. All lessons are conducted in a friendly and casual atmosphere.. I feel happy when I can help to understand a music, to grow up love for music in people's heart and can help to achieve goals in music for every student. Nothing could be more rewarding than see how your students develop passion for music and then can ignite a passion in others!

Eduard is an amazing teacher. (Coming from someone who previously knew the basics of playing and music.) He is not to harsh with his words and is extremely nice. Eduard has a great amout of experience and displays it through his teachings. Specifically by making it easy to follow along with his words to actions. As a person with a wondering mind whom is distracted easily, it is easy to pay attention.
