Graduated from the Conservatory of Music of PR 1999. Currently I am a proud member of the 63rd Army Band recently transfered from the 248th Army Band Puerto Rico. I was the Lead Alto Saxophone. I am passionate of my work and enjoy teaching students of all ages
Started teaching private lessons towards the last year of my Bachelors degree I incorporate into my lessons classical to latin jazz my students are always encourage to bring songs that they love to perform and the best is that as the student learns new ways to perform their instrument I learn of new ways in engaging them in achieving their goals
On our first lesson I interview my students to get a sence on what types of music they like and what sparked their interest in learning the saxophone. Depending on the student that will be the methods to be used for example Essential Elements, Rubank etc
Over the years I can trully say that in every person their is a musician inside what makes them wake their passion on discovering their inner musician is the teacher that inspire, motivate them in seen themselves as the teacher sees them and helping them express thru their instrument all their feelings.
