I have been teaching piano and music theory since 1984. I worked with children between the age 6 and 18 years. My students are also encouraged to have recitals at the end of the year. I organize activities such as concert, performance, and exams. I use my pedagogical skills to achieve the best education for students in my classes.
Having many years of experience in the music school administration, I tailor my lessons to the needs of the individual student. I help students reach their goals by giving them all of the tools that they need to understand the music. I use a combination of lesson books, and develop individualized lesson plans for each piano student. I think it is very important to have fun while learning. I like to move to the next level without wasting time. No matter what level, we work together to get best results.
I train students in performance, improvisation and composition, and use multiple forms of disciplinary actions to correct students behavior. Each student's progress is my progress. I love to work with students of all ages. I am serious, disciplined, and structured. However, I am also exceptionally friendly, helpful, polite and patient. I am fluent in English, Russia, Azeri, and Turkish.
