Overview:
I am a young attentive teacher who bring a lot of fun to the lesson. I have performed all over the country with various groups I graduated from Norfolk State University in 2015 with a Bachelors of Music in Media. I have had the chance work with a lot of young talent in the DMV area
EXPERIENCE
I began teaching private lessons in college with a few students that went to the school and I fell in love with helping people reach their musical goals. With the 6 years of teaching experience I have realized that the skills you get from learning an instrument are more important than we think, it helps with problem solving and critical thinking. Also critical listening is the biggest skill that you will develop.
METHODS USED
I have an arsenal of books and teaching techniques that will give the student the best chance at successful learning.
LESSON STYLE
My teaching style is all about building good foundation for students to build on and find the best way from them to be successful and fulfilled. I will give them achievable obstacles from them to over come and over time make them better players and people.
