I’m very dedicated and passionate when it comes to the things that I love, for ex. like: Music! I really can’t imagine my live without it. I was on stage since 6 years old and now marks 26 years that I feel home everytime I perform, in my country(Albania), in Europe(I’ve been in many countries) and now in the US, for classical and also contemporary projects! I started with classical violin and then continued with singing. When I was 18, I also started to play modern(pop ect.) music. I enjoy every ganre!
I have 8 years of teaching experience. Actually I was very busy performing but I found some time to deliever this passion of mine to the young generations because they are the real future, for a better world. How we can achieve this? By making them being in contact with music, with arts, literature, nature and by teaching them how to love their families and friends! Only this way the world will be a better place to live for the next generations. Everyone has its power to make the change possible and music is a very powerful tool. I have to say, an irrepleaceble one!
I don’t have only one. It depends on the child or the adult. Someone might need Suzuki, some Essentials, some russian method(Radionov) and also music that they like! I try to be flexible and to understand what’s best for them! Also I try to keep a balance between fun and dedication, for them to also be aware that music requires discipline even when you do it just as a hobby! For the voice teaching, it depends from the songs, but every lesson I make sure to do the warm up exercises and different exercises for the breath! For the Piano, which I teach the beginners level, I use the Hal Leonard’s Essential Elements and other similar methods.
I choose to work step by step. Not to force them or pressure them on anything. As I mentioned above, having this balance between having fun, enyoing and learning how to be responsible and dedicated, is healthy and efficient! Important is to understand that to learn an instrument, you also need to practice, at least 30 min per day and not just only wanting to have the lesson, because the progress will be very minimal and slow, and the learning process will become very boring. So that’s why we need to cultivate patience and feed our passion! :)
