My teaching with experience is quite vast. I have taught music in both the classroom, as a band and choral director. I taught Music History, Theory, Global Music that is music from all Countries. I have taught and facilitated Music Classes with fellow Musicians throughout the State Of Connecticut which included Private Lessons and Ensemble playing. My training as a music teacher is expansive as I have a Masters Degree with a 3.4 in my complete studies. As a performer, I have played many years, many venues and I am known as a professional Stylist in whatever performing I did. I played with the likes of Felix Cavelier, Charlie McPherson (Jazz), A Beachboys review band that toured with many groups as a back up band. Directing, Teaching, Recording, Performance has always been prevalent in my musical make up I want to share with students as well teaching performance as well.

My methods are widespread from conventional and modern methods using a combination of note reading, Improvisation using the Larry Carlton method and the Oscar Peterson Piano methodology. I wrote my own guitar book and have many styles of music that I teach. Very important that the student understands what they have to practice and I make sure they understand what is to be done. Using the Bastien and Alfred series on piano, All for Strings on any String instruments. My guitar book I wrote, Mel Bay, Sal Salvador String Studies and chords are taught from beginning through advanced. There are so many methods that I have combined after all these years and will use them to teach my students to gain knowledge and have fun as well.
