At this time I am a substitute teacher in Woodbridge township and Perth Amboy N.J. So I have an approved background check certificate to present when requested.I am a energetic and patient tutor. I am Passionate In respect to improving my students Musical ability. How great is it see a student improve And bring a smile to their face as they live the experience. Bringing out this personality is very rewarding and singing also improves ones self confidence. Being a pianist is like being a surgeon which I have taught many piano. It builds flexibility of your fingers, command,coordination, and command of your mind/fingers. Learn music theory and musical expression. Many teachers teach instruments I teach you to make music there is a difference. Not just technique but actually pleasing, expressive music. This is achieved by creative teaching techniques, rapport,understanding of the students needs and likes.
EXPERIENCE
My teaching experience goes back some 20 years. I was owner /teacher Of Music Associates School Of Music- 150 students and a number teachers employed by me. While there we had multiple recitals and awards given out to students for their musical abilities. Taught Fifteen Years In The Jersey city Public School System and Two and A half Years as a private instructor at Absolute Music in Hazlet,N.J. An experience I am proud of. I was well respected at Absolute Music and molded many students musical life and experience. I have improved the skill of many professional keyboard players. I am also a part- time teacher in the Woodbridge,Perth Amboy, Jersey City, and Belleville Public school systems.
METHODS USED
I have studied music and piano since the age of nine and have studied with great teachers both privately and as a piano major in college. This has led to a proven teaching method. I use a combination piano courses and my own plan geared to the needs and wants of the student. These methods have taken my students to study at Music Colleges such as Julliard Conservatory Of Music New York, N.Y.

My teaching style is varied to the wants,ability, needs of the student. each lesson is designed to acheive these goals. This will increase learning,practicing, and desire to do so. I have always taught in a way that my students develop a passion for music. There is a difference in learning music and making music. My students will always make music with expression and feeling.
