I'm very kind, fun, determined and adventurous. Music is my passion. I love it so much. When I practice, hours fly by a second. Always think of how to make the music more interesting colorful and expressive. When I play, I connect myself to the audience with my music, wishing my emotion would touch their soul. I like to try different approach to the music to make it fun and inspirational. music is fun that's one of he very important reason we practice. I love share music with my students. Guide them how to appreciate music. Hope you find your passion too through my teaching.
My teaching experience dates back to my college days, as I began teaching private lessons part time 4 years ago, and have been consistently teaching students in my home studio for the last 2 years. Encouraging regular practice on a consistent schedule is one of the key points I like to emphasize for younger students, as it tends to help the student progress and gain a passion for the instrument. I've also found that a combination of classical and folk music can go a long way in helping students enjoy the violin and motivate them to practice and continue to learn. If a student isn't having fun in their lessons, then I'm not doing my job! My students are encouraged to enter competitions and recitals, as well as work on composing their own original material, so they can feel good about their accomplishments and stay motivated to learn. I'm always looking to bring on new students of all ages!
Students has different interest regarding to music. Some of them take it seriously and want to achieve big. Others love music and want to have fun. So I use different approaches according their expectation and personality. I think of how to sound better with my music all the time. With given time, I have developed a unique understanding of practicing, performing and approaching. I'm very confident about my method because I'm a very competitive player as you can see from the Video. I'm very kind, fun, and creative. I challenge my students limits while keeping them enthusiastic about music making.
Nothing is more rewarding than seeing one of my students develop a passion for music! Therefore, it's important that each student progresses at his or her own pace. I encourage this by setting realistic goals for my students at each lesson. Acknowledging accomplishments helps fuel a students desire to progress, and makes students eager to learn more. By trying to find out what inspires the student, I can successfully tailor my instruction to their wants and needs. I will encourage my students to be fun, passionate, and dedicated.
