I have a background working with youth and helping students be confident. I have been playing music for a long time and have finished all of my music minor except for a few music history courses I still need to take. I can help you advance your skills as a musician and a performer and can help you learn some music theory. I have also been in many bands of different genres including pop, rock, hard rock, country, and indie. I am a performer in Flagstaff, Arizona working with an indie pop band and a country band.

My teaching method is a give-and-take. The more the student is able to put into the lessons the more I will be able to help them out. We will focus on learning some fundamental concepts and learning songs from artists the student loves. Each week the student will be assigned something to work on depending on their skills and then there will be a check in the next week to see how they did and how much or how little they worked on that task. For those interested in songwriting the student can bring in their own songs and I will give feedback and try my best to help them create the best work they can!
