i love music,love working with students , music with me all my life. I am a very experienced harpist, holding over 20 years of experience. I have performed in over 4,000 concerts and have had the privilege of performing as the Principal Harpist at St. Petersburg Opera Theatre and Mariinsky Theatre in Russia. I also hold a Master’s degree as a soloist of the orchestra and teaching from the St. Petersburg Conservatory in Russia. I played with best conductor ,was in many countries with theatre . I worked at the opera theatre and I know opera and ballet music very good.
I have St.Petersburg Conservatory Master of Music (Diploma with Honor) My teaching experience began after Conservatory. I teach piano at the Music School for gifted children . I teach harp at Hight special music school of the St.Petersburg Conservatory. During 20 years I teach piano and harp at my home studio. My mission is to nurture creativity, perseverance, focus, musicianship and the limitless potential of every student. I 'm looking piano and harp student of all ages.
From the first lesson, it’s essential to develop the pupil’s ability to feel the expressiveness of music with his gradually developing. The basis of teaching piano to beginners is the education of the pupil’s artistic thought together with his emotional response to musical expressions. Working on music pieces, one-voice or complex ones, I train the students to listen attentively to the musical texture, to create an intelligent reproduction of contents, to feel deeply its musical character…
I provide stories and games for younger students and metaphors for adults in order to help them understand the meaning of music. We start with the music itself: no lesson book, no mechanical exercises. The music we choose is colorful, drawn from the rich traditions of folkloric music from all over the world, or original music from great composers. I teach how to play piano, but FINGERS or HANDS, once fingers' and/or hands' action have never been seen as the most fundamental elements of the matter.
I am open, curious, and interested in learning what each student thinks. I love music and tell all students that music will be forever with them I am a very patient teacher during the piano lessons session and I am aware that students will sometimes struggle in certain areas of their learning of the instrument.I like to see the student smile when they leave my piano studio as well as when they come for their piano. It is a joy to see the student have a positive experience when studying the piano with me. I really want my piano students to enjoy their musical journey as a true means in itself. The results can be phenomenal with diligent and thorough practice as well.
