Im an orchesrtal conductor that loves music and has a passion for teaching. I have been guest conductor in many places and have performed in several countries, I have done several operas and symphonic works as well. I love teaching students. Music is my only source of income so I make the best out of it Have had the opportunity to work with the greatest people ever! Currently working with the best teachers and performers in the DFW area incluiding people from the Dallas Opera and Irving and Plano Symphonies
I have been teaching for nearly 15 years now, and have had wonderful experiences with my private students! My students have made finals in competitions. some of my students have successfuly registered for music schools. Love to see the progress of my students. Can't wait to have a bigger studio! Many experiences with young singers, but in particular several that fell in love with the profession and decided to make it their life career and therefore went to college for it. I combine my conducting experience with my vocal carreer to make it a wonderful experience both for me and my students
Always help my students achieve their goals, always give them music they like and we both can decide it is good for the student's development. The personal development of a student is a priority of mine Love to see my students achieve their goals. Love to imprint a loving and caring approach to music in my students. Always try to have my students sing what they love, when they do so, the put their 110% into it, instead of having to do it because they are told so, and it reflects in their practice time as well.
Love to be nice to people! Care for my students as persons and not as numbers. Have always some suggestions as far as repertoire goes. Im a welcoming teacher! Always have an ace under my sleeve as to how to approach certain repertoire and/or pieces. I am always open to suggestions by students as far as repertoire and technique goes, I consider myself a student, I might be more advanced than my students, but I am also a student and someone else happens to be my teacher, therefore I will always encourage good feedback from anyone.
