I am a passionate 18 year old Drummer who loves working with students and sharing my love of music. I’ve played in different countries all around North and South America over the course of almost 9 years. Played all different types of music when going from country to country, Latin Styles being my forte (Drums and Timbales). I currently play the drums at my Church. We play Gospel, contemporary Christian songs and some Latin styles as well. My intent is to help you become the Drummer/Musician you aspire to be. I can play all styles and have lots of experience playing in parties and concerts. I am trilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and Portuguese
My music experience dates back to 2011. Almost 9 years of total experience and 5 years of professional experience. I’ve played in different countries all around North and South America over the course of 8 years. Played all different types of music when going from country to country, Latin Styles being my forte (Drums and Timbales). Have had numerous experiences teaching to adults, kids, and people my age. Started to teach around 2014, when I had to train and teach young drummers the songs we regulary played at the church. I like to see how students develop their talent and get better by the day when practicing and studying on a daily basis. The church environment was perfect for teaching, since we had the instruments there and could even had a rehearsal with the whole band when the student had devolped enough skill and knowledge to do so. I still teach in my home studio/practice room and been doing so for the last 3 years. My students are always encouraged to develop their talent by learning the music they love to listen to, and I'm always there to help them accomplish their goals and fulfill ther musical dream
For beginning students, I typically start with Drum Method for band & Orchestra by Haskell W. Harr. To learn basic music theory and put musical patters into practice right away. Once the student learns basic music theory, we can then start to learn songs and apply what we learned to actual playing. By supplying you with the right tools for the right time, to help you master the instrument and find your own style, your own artistic expression and work. To help you with the experience of playing in a church of 200 people, or a Stadium of 10,000. With my acquired experience, I can help you grow and become better every day in your playing, and in your practice
