I’m a multitalented musician with 25years of playing experience.My name is Michael. I was born in Miami Florida in 1973 .i attended Miami Dade College and graduated with an Associates in Arts degree in 2009. I’ve been performing in live bands all over Miami and California where I lived for 2years while working at Guitar Center.My unique experience with working at music shops around the country has given me a great understanding of what clients expect to receive out of there experience with music.my advice for buying musical equipment comes second to none.I was the top salesman for most of my ten years of sales between Sam ash and guitar center. I’ve sold over20000000 dollars worth of gear before I began working in real estate and expanding sources of income.I have amassed a lot of equipment and I own a studio which is full service production and recording plus rehersal studios in Kendall.
In 2009 ,after graduation from Miami Dade college I formed many cover bands playing classical rock to top 40 hits from weddings to backyard s n festivals .I’ve toured the country back n forth .seeing and playing at most available venues in South Florida area I became acquainted with Miami’s music scene and began working in promotion and festival organizing.Thats when I decided to take it to the next level making 1000$ per concert and understanding what it takes to survive and thrive in music working with distributors vendors promoters and venue owners to coloborate On the current studio rehersal space and recording plus’s lessons for young adults.I play drums guitar keyboards vocals ,and bass guitar. We do accept students from 12years of age to 120 .all are welcome to enjoy and learn!
Depending on the instrument I’m teaching and the skill level of the student I’m usually going to start of with a 10 to 15 minute session of evaluation and assessment of needs acquired skills and students desires .we can then begin with exercising proper warm up posture and position .and run through warm up scales and learn rutiments or attack the desired skill requirements straight ahead depending on the students development.Music is an art and a discipline.it is a relationship one has with there instrument.my songs and instruments become like family ,well charrished!!!!
The best feeling is when they get that look in there eyes after doing something they never could before!I live to help people discover the best musicians inside of them selves! After loosing family members at a young age I discovered how theriputic music is and spiritual as well.I believe in its power to bring people together and communicate things in ways the human experience is great full for.I also love it when teacher and student can jam out together to improvise .I know the confidence it gives people to be able to play an instrument confidently.prople often say the biggest fear is public speaking! I say it’s singing because it’s speaking while singing and or performing an instrument is twice the challenge when you play and sing at the same time.this where my expertise is priceless from little tricks of the trade to the basic essentials I will teach you how to go from where you are now to where I am and even better.
