Nick M. grew up in a family of Drumset players, receiving his first Snare Drum at age 2. He began taking formal lessons by age 10 and still continues his education today. In 2001 he started providing his own private instruction at various music schools and stores around the country, ranging in all skill levels and ages. Nick is also a Professional Touring and Studio Musician, with countless recording credits and live performances around the glob. He has been seen performing on Cartoon Network, Showtime, FOX, ABC, as well as appeared in numerous music videos, orchestrated Drum Clinics, hosted an international music TV show, and is regularly featured in Drumming Magazines.
I have been studying privatly with multiple Percussion teachers since 1993, and providing private instruction of my own since 2001.
Use of writen exercises, as well as method books depending on the students skill level and musical interests.
Students can expect a heavy dose of fun, while still maintaining a solid drumming foundation. Lessons focus on reading music, as well as theory. Technique (The correct ways to play).
