I love kids. I believe that music is a continuous learning. It needs a lot of patience and dedication to both intructor and students in order to see the advancement. I am passionate and kind. I love to teach in this field and love to meet more people with different race and cultures. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Tourism and now I am taking my Masters of Business Admininistration. I am also in 4th year taking up Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy. as a Piano instructor I always see to it that I will bring out the best in my students. I'd been teaching piano for novice to advance beginner way back on my college days till now. I also play in different events like wedding, debut, birthday parties.I remember this one student that she even requested her mom to make her once a week schedule to 3x a week schedule just to see me I can't lie I was flattered. I'd been teachiNg to kids ages 2&up. I'ts fun and I love my job.
I do apply different techniques depending on my students age and level. I use John Thompson. Its a nice and interesting book with pictures and short stories.It's fun to teach that way and I usually get my students attention specially for those very young age.
It feels good and rewarding upon seeing my students improvement and more love for music. I aways see to it that it is fun and effective. Finger training is one of the most important too therefore we won't miss that in every lesson.
