Im a energetic, knowledgeable, and motivated music instructor that lives to teach music to anybody. I graduated from Louisiana State University with a music performance degree. I started my first band Director position after I graduated from LSU in 2008. I was blessed to help a band grow from 12 to 39 in the 3 years I was there. My teaching style depends on the student. I like to see my students develop in a pace thats best for them not me rushing them before their time. I allow my student to set goals for themselves where they would like to be in the next few months when it comes to playing music. I like to spend a few minutes getting to know my students, and I always want to set the environment of learning to be as relaxed as possible. I make sure to only teach within the students' expectations, never mine, as students need room to grow at their own pace.
