I was raised in Ohio where I spent my early years dancing. However, as I matured I realized I didn't enjoy dancing so much as I love the music I was moving too. I started on the clarinet in middle school and continued through high school. In college I picked up other instruments as I studied to become a classroom music teacher. I was also a military wife for 16 years before my husband retired from the Navy (so I moved around a lot) and I have 3 children of my own. Read More

Learning a musical instrument is not a race, it is a process that takes time. We will learn and progress at our own pace. Each lesson will be designed for realistic results and to build on each of them. Each milestone will be acknowledged and celebrated, encouraging my students to want to lean more.
