Nothing is more rewarding to have students develop a compassion for the music that is played. Whether it is for family, friends or playing in front of a large audience. I almost always have taught lessons at my own studio where students come to me because that always seems to be the most conducive environment for learning and getting inspired. In the fall of 2019, at Manhattan School of Music, I will join the bass studio of Jeremy McCoy of the Metropolitan Opera orchestra. Read More
