I've had to teach four to six instrument parts to the band mates for a single song. Stopping a jam to nail down a part can be frustrating and slow the momentum of a jam session, but I've always felt it is imperative to keep everyone knowledgeable and in pocket. My Experience goes back to my early and young age. I started to take lessons with a private instructor called Manolo Parra, a wonderful flamenco and classical guitarist.
