My teaching experience dates back to my college days, as I began teaching private lessons part time 8 years ago, and have been consistently teaching students in my home studio for the last 5 years. I started teaching over ten years ago. I have taught several amazing violin and piano students ages 4-16 over the years. In my experience, I've found that the Suzuki Violin method books work very well for private lessons but can teach other methods. I have a degree in violin performance and play the piano as well. I've also taught 4th-12th grade orchestra in Arizona and Utah. Please contact me to have a trial lesson for yourself or your child. Read More

A students experience with a teacher can make or break their interest in music. Read More
