My teaching experience dates back to my college days and my first vocal pedagogy class. We were all assigned a non-singer to teach and I won't lie, I was very nervous taking on my first student. However, once we got going I fell in love with teaching and have been doing it on and off for 5 years. I do my best to maintain a positive attitude in voice lesson and strive to teach based on a solid foundation of healthy technique. Read More

I have one major rules for all my students: No one is allowed to be overly critical of themselves when they are working hard and trying out new ideas. I teach K-6 elementary general music in Midland Park, NJ, which was recently recognized by NAMM as one of the "Best Communities for Music Education 2014." Although I am a classically trained soprano, I work on a variety of different literature with my voice and piano students, including folk songs, pop music, musical theater and of course, classical. I believe that well-rounded musicians make good musicians! Read More
