My performance background includes voice, theater, instrumental, on-camera, radio and print/runway modeling. I've toured the United States performing in representative roles such as "Sister Leo" and "Sister Robert Anne" in Nunsense;" Lily" in Swingtime Canteen; "Adrianna" in Comedy of Errors; "Denise" in Smoke on the Moutain to name a few. My methods are unique and effective. First I share with my students the history and culture of the instrument. Then I teach how the instrument works, explaining every detail. I use simple exercises that quickly ingrain a foundation for progression. Next I build confidence by playing along in collaboration, while teaching synchronization and tempo.
