My teaching experience started in 1998 while I was the lead keyboardist at my congregation in Los Angeles. At the time I ran a small 6 student studio at home. I also visited students in their home for convenience. I was not before long that I was able to teach a group sessions in my congregation for a few years of which several students were able to achieve their musical goals. My teaching experience dates back to my college days, as I began teaching private lessons part time 8 years ago, and have been consistently teaching students in my home studio for the last 5 years. Encouraging regular practice on a consistent schedule is one of the key points I like to emphasize for younger students, as it tends to help the student progress and gain a passion for the instrument.
