2014 Billboard Number One Single On Dance Charts
Since picking up the drumsticks at the age of 2, playing drums has been my passion. 2014 has been a great year for me. In addition to being nominated for a Grammy in the pop remix category, I also received my first Billboard Number One single on the dance charts. I have endorsements with Los Cabos drumsticks, Ludwig drums and Paiste cymbals.
I have been teaching privately for nearly 20 years. I have taught children from 7 years old to adults in their 50's. In every instance, each student has had an enjoyable experience and achieved their goals. One of my students went from being a complete beginner to winning a school talent show in just 3 months.
I tailor each lesson to the student. I don't like to follow a 'one size fits all approach'. Every student is different and I don't think it benefits my students to use a cookie cutter approach to every student. Additionally, each students have different goals. I focus my lessons on their students achieving their INDIVIDUAL goals as opposed to a standard curriculum.
I believe in making lessons fun. I listen to my students to learn what their goals are and develop lessons based around their needs. Whether students just want to learn how to play along to their favorite songs or they aim to perform live, I will use all of my resources in the industry to prepare lessons that will inspire, challenge and entertain them.
