Bachelor Degree - Business Administration/Theatre. Sawyer College, San Jose, California
My name is Thulani, and I am a motivated and passionate instructor with over 15 years experience as an instructor. I have been performing and touring all over the world for the last 20 years with some of the baddest musicians in the world. One of the greatest experience has been for me is to finish our debut album after 8 years that I produced, written and performed on.
My teaching experience dates back over twenty years where I started teaching students privately and then on to Dun Levy Milbank where I had a formal class. Encouraging regular practice, confidence while performaning and learning the clinical aspects of singing are the key points that I emphasize as a vocal coach. I also do various fun but thought provoking games to make it interesting to the student to motivate them to practice and to learn. If a student isnt having fun in their lessons, then you lose them right off the bat and there will be no profress. I am always looking to bring on students of all ages!

I understand that every student is different so I treat them accordingly. I recognize that children will progress at their own pace. I acknowlege accomplishments by helping and giving students the tools that they need to be a successful vocalist and performer. By finding out what kind of music that they like, what are their goals I tailor the lesson according to their wants and needs.
