It has always and will continue to be my undying ambition to invest my time and energy in helping students become fine musicians. Whether it's successfully preparing them for auditions, conservatory entrance exams, competitions, or simply enableing them to express themselves through music for the sheer love of it.
I have been teaching children of all ages and performing around the world- most recently in Vienna, Austria- for over a decade. I also had the opportunity to work as a music director for a youth orchestra in Italy which improved my skill in orchestral direction as well as working with large ensembles. Teaching has always been my greatest passion mainly due to the great pedagogues that have guided and inspired me to pass on the invaluable knowledge and skill to future aspiring musicians. I am certain that every child has vast potential and it is my great ambition as a teacher to extract those talents and nurture their creativity. I believe that encouraging students to find a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationship to music will strengthen their aspirations to not only be exceptional artists, but also human beings.
Every child learns differently and at various paces; that's why I like incorporating a few different methods in my teaching. I typically use Suzuki along with eastern and western European methods.
I find it very important to cater to each student individually helping them find the right practice strategies, technical studies, repertoire and most importantly, their own musical identity. My goal is not simply to develop skill, but also to teach students how to teach themselves and awaken their own expectations
